1. Telling the truth lets everyone know what really happened.there's less chance of misunderstanding,confusion,or conflict.
2. Telling the truth protects innocent people from being blamed or punished.
3. Telling truth allows everyone to learn from what happened.
4. You usually get into less trouble for telling the truth other than for lying (and getting caught).
5. Other people trust you more when you tell the truth.
6. You don't have to tell (and remember)more lies to keep your story straight.
7. You gain a reputation for being truthful-a trait most people value
8. Telling the truth helps you to feel secure and peaceful inside

I agree with these statements because in my opinion these statements are very true there is absolutely no lie in these and they follow a great code of being honest.these reasons make you want to tell the truth always and they give you the exact consequences that you will face if you didn't tell the truth.i agree with these statements because many dont undeerstand the detrimental consequences that may happen with not telloing the truth.in my opinion it is best to completely honest and truthful so it dosent affect you in the long run and so it dosent make you lok bad or give you the bad reputation.

I agree because a promise that is broken can mess up a lot of things such as friendship trust and honesty rules.when someone breaks a promise the other person may seem to get angry or to even feel as if they can't be trusted anymore.no one likes to feel as if they cant trust the peron that hey thought that thy would be able to trust for ever.in my opinion if a promise is broken iit makes people slowly begin to seerate.an exsmple of a promise would be two friends telling eachother a secret nd thy say not to say it to anyone and the other friend goes and tells everyonr that is a promise being broken.eventually the friend will find out and get mad and the only way that that situation could have been prevented would have been if the friend would have kept the promise.its best to just keep a promise and dont break it beuse a promise can change a many things in the blink of an eye.

I agree with this statement because if there comes a day that everything turns bad and bad things happen from left to right if you do something good then something good might happen.for example if you decide that you're going to open the door for someone they are going to say thank you and if they say it with a smile you may never know and it will change your day .it may put a smile on your face and make you bad day be the start of a good day.if you do good you will always be thanked and appreciated .goodness is something that will always get you and others in a good mood. To have goodness you need to be able to know that you are a good person and from there you will be able to show goodness.it's a great thing to have and a good quality that people around like to see. a bad example would be choose the wrong then you have to deal with the consequences. You should never choose the wrong because you will have to deal with the negative consequences. Choose the right and you will get what's right and if you choose what's wrong then you will get what's wrong.

I think this quote pretty much just talks about trustworthiness.this pretty much says that thru it all as long as you have trust it's better than winning. It's better to know that instead of winning and being accused of cheating ,you lost but they know that you told the truth and that you were true to yourself as a good person.you as a person know when you are going to lie and when you will say the truth therefore you know and can make it happen to always tell the truth but the one thing that you can not control in my eyes is that you really never know when you will either win or lose in things. So you never will really know if you are bound to win you will probably only know when you are bound to tell the truth.this quote shows a lot of character in a person because it tells you that you as a person will always know to tell the truth .an example would be playing a game,lf you know that you will try your best and tell the truth and not cheat you are bound to be true but if you plan on cheating then in that case you know that you will be bound win. And winning should be the one thing that you don't know will happen.

I believe that this is a very good statement because if you really believe that you are a good person there should be no cheating with no exceptions. To be good is on you and you honestly need to already know that as a person. No one should have to tell you or remind you not to cheat. Although not winning may hurt it's much more easier to deal with rather than having the bad memory of cheating in your head. Its best to be a real good person which will have plenty of wins and losses in life and will not have to cheat. No one really likes cheaters because then usually have more than one other bad character trait.no one likes cheaters therefore be 110 persent honest always.
