i agree with this quote because when i think of recreation i think of parks and recreation.  recreation makes me think of free time . things to do on your free time . such as play a sport take a walk draw ,and possibly even do yoga . this quote in my perspective is that you should just do good on your freetime. an example maybe when your bored around your friends you guys may want to go do something  bad but you have to remember to always do good. it will eventually help a lot.

 this also covers the main topic that when you do good you may even be awarded at times. the best recreation is always to do good not only for you but for your community around you.the best recreation may be to clean up after yourself. to help someone who you see struggling. these small things will eventually add up and will make a difference . it can make a difference in  your community and in your peers who you interact with every day.to have good recreation means you have now beacome a leader not a follower any more.If  it's the best you can do so then just do it.
