i believe that physical fitness is pretty much the key to every thing because it motivates you. there are many things that people don't realize has to do with physical fitness such as an everyday job for example a lawyer. a lawyer has to have some sort of fitness from standing in a courtroom or walking place to place for different papers. it would help to have some fitness imputed in to her daily work out so she is not always out of breath or tired .physical fitness motivates you because you feel that without it you get lazy for example someone who is usually always working out will not mind to walk very little rather than someone who never dose anything and is a couch potato.physical fitness keeps your body busy mentally and visually. physical fitness gives your body a break from being scrounged up and lets you muscles relax and stretch out.
